Frame mould - 150 x 200mm

The thickness of the frame is 7 cm. PP plastic is the perfect material for non-stick molds used for resin projects. Its non-adhesive quality does away with the need to use any kind of release spray or duct tape. Furthermore, the molds are completely reusable, with a potentially infinite number of times that the mold can be reused.
So, if you´re sick of:

a) the time it takes having to make a different mold for every project,

b) having your mold stick to your project when it comes the time to remove it or

c) having to tape your mold prior to pouring the resin, then a PP mold is definitely for you.

The molds should be placed on a sturdy flat surface, this flat surface should then be levelled using a long spirit level. This will then negate the requirement for adjustable feet.

All the sides of our PP molds are 7cm high, machined cut to size. Plus, the sides are straight, not tapered like some of the welded HDPE molds on the market, leading to less wasted resin and less finishing work. The molds can be constructed in under a couple of minutes.

As is the case with the majority of molds the only additional requirement is the sealing of the edges with a standard silicon.
