VEROPAL CLEARCAST 300 is a crystal clear two-component epoxy resin for the production of medium-sized castings and for casting layers up to 5cm. Self-certified for food contact. It has medium UV resistance, is self-leveling and low viscosity. It naturally bubbles well, produces a high gloss and has very low shrinkage when cured. Medium processing time, the casting is clear and hard. It is odorless and beautifully fluid, with an easy mixing ratio. It can be easily coloured or partially filled with decorative objects (rhinestones, sequins, shards, etc.).

• Usage:

  • Production of small epoxy coffee and storage tables and medium sized castings.
  • Manufacture of epoxy lamps, clocks, serving boards, etc.
  • Manufacture of jewellery and its semi-finished products.
  • Production of promotional items.
  • It is also suitable for sealing pores in wood, it absorbs well into the wood.
  • Can be used for casting and bonding of all types of materials (wood, concrete, glass, etc.) except plastics.

    

• Additional features:

  • appearance after mixing components A and B - clear watery liquid
  • dyeability - with suitable and compatible dyes and pigments
  • working temperature - ideally 19-23°C. It is possible to work at lower temperatures, e.g. (10-15°C), but it is necessary to take into account the prolongation of hardening with each step down. The downward temperature slows down the curing process, the upward temperature accelerates it.
