VEROPAL UV PLUS 100 is a crystal clear two-component epoxy resin for the production of medium and large castings and for casting layers up to 10cm. It is highly UV resistant, low viscosity and self-leveling. It bubbles naturally very well, has very low shrinkage on cure and produces a high gloss. It has a long processing time, the casting is clear and hard. It is beautifully fluid, odorless, with a simple mixing ratio. It can be easily coloured or partially filled with decorative objects (rhinestones, sequins, shards, etc.).

• Usage:

  • Manufacture of epoxy dining tables, coffee tables, bar counters and large castings.
  • Manufacture of doors, headboards and furniture.
  • Manufacture of epoxy lamps, clocks, serving boards, etc.
  • Production of promotional items.
  • It is also suitable for sealing pores in wood, it absorbs well into the wood.
  • Can be used for casting and bonding of all types of materials (wood, concrete, glass, etc.) except plastics.

    

• Additional features:

  • appearance after mixing components A and B - clear watery liquid
  • dyeability - with suitable and compatible dyes and pigments
  • working temperature - ideally 19-23°C. It is possible to work at lower temperatures, e.g. (10-15°C), but it is necessary to take into account the prolongation of hardening with each step down. The downward temperature slows down the curing process, the upward temperature accelerates it.
